Abbey graduated with a physiotherapy degree from the University of Notre Dame and has since expanded her clinical knowledge with training in dry needling, Reformer Pilates and osteoarthritis management, having received a GLA:D® certification.
She has a passion for treating both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular interest in women’s health. Understanding the vulnerability that can come with seeking help for injuries, Abbey takes pride in creating a supportive environment where every client feels comfortable and truly heard. Her approach is patient-centered and tailored to individual needs, combining the latest evidence-based practices to deliver the best possible outcomes.
Outside the clinic, Abbey stays active with long-distance running, swimming and playing social netball with friends.
