Sue was inspired to become a mobile physiotherapist after seeing how her grandmother struggled with attending rehab appointments after two knee surgeries. Before coming to Perth to study physiotherapy, Sue undertook a diploma in gerontological management in Singapore, where her passion of care for older adults with dementia began. While completing her physiotherapy degree in Curtin University, Sue became keen in the areas of rehabilitation, orthopaedics, and gerontology. From personal experience with seeing her family members struggle with their mobility, Sue is motivated to help individuals improve their mobility to achieve better quality of life.
In her free time, Sue loves spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants, experimenting with new recipes, and watching true crime documentaries.
