Teneka’s passion for physiotherapy grew from her association with Cockburn City Soccer Club and her involvement in managing acute sporting injuries and rehabilitation.
“It combined my love of sport and exercise with helping people achieve their goals. I love the problem solving involved in private practice physiotherapy and creating an individualised assessment and treatment for every client.”
Teneka completed her physiotherapy degree at Curtin University and while she has passion for all musculoskeletal injuries, she has a particular interest in sporting injuries, back pain, neck pain, cervicogenic headaches and vestibular conditions.
She has also completed additional training in dry needling.
Away from the clinic, Teneka enjoys creating her artworks, spending time with her family and friends, exercising and walking her dog, Vinnie.
